The Sylvania MakerLab
Overview
The MakerLab at the Sylvania campus is an interdisciplinary space committed to developing, creating and sharing ideas. It is open to all current PCC students, staff and faculty members. We have a wide variety of equipment to prototype new designs, make projects for class or to practice skills. Technical assistance is available to help you get started.

Summer Open Lab Hours
Wednesday and Thursday 11 AM – 6 PM
Closed: June 19th-23rd, July 17th-28th
- Open lab is when anyone from the PCC community can stop by and start making. No appointment needed!
- PCC clubs and instructors are encouraged to contact Sean Rooney, the STEAM Center Coordinator, for requests for lab time outside of open lab hours.
- There may be times when we need to close unexpectedly; we hope this is a rarity.

We have lots of materials to get you started; if more materials are needed for your projects, there may be a materials cost, but we strive to keep this low.
